LONDON – 24th June 2026 – Sends, the cross-border payments platform, has added Samsung Pay to its digital wallet ecosystem, expanding mobile checkout options for merchants alongside existing support for Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Samsung Pay, which operates through Samsung Wallet, allows users to store payment credentials and authorize transactions using token-based security and biometric authentication. The addition gives Sends merchants broader reach among Samsung device owners in supported markets, though the company has not yet disclosed a specific list of eligible countries or regions.
Alona Shevtsova, who leads Sends, described the move as part of a broader platform direction rather than an isolated feature update. “We’re seeing a clear expectation from users that payments should work effortlessly across devices and ecosystems,” she said. “Adding Samsung Pay strengthens that direction and helps us support merchants who need to serve customers across different mobile environments without complexity.”
The integration is designed to reduce friction in mobile checkout flows by enabling tokenization and biometric approval at the point of transaction, consistent with how Apple Pay and Google Pay already function within the Sends ecosystem.
Sends also maintains an integration with payment orchestration provider Corefy, which the company says allows businesses to manage payment operations through a unified connection layer. Sends has been included in the Payments Power 50 list.
