Anatoly Fit Launches Digital Workout Plan for Weight Loss

NEW YORK, New York — August 11, 2026 — Anatoly Fit today launched a digital workout plan for weight loss that combines personalized strength and cardiovascular schedules, recovery planning, general nutrition education, and progress tracking.

The monthly program is available beginning August 11, 2026, to adults 18 or older in the United States. Program information and enrollment are available at AnatolyFit.com.

Program Access and Pricing

Access costs US$39 per month, plus applicable taxes, with no enrollment fee. Membership renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops the next scheduled renewal.

After creating an account, members complete an intake questionnaire addressing their goals, fitness experience, available equipment, physical limitations, and weekly availability. The resulting schedule includes:

  • Strength and cardiovascular sessions with adjustable intensity
  • Planned recovery and light-activity days
  • General meal-planning and portion education
  • Workout and progress tracking
  • Periodic schedule adjustments based on recorded progress

The program is delivered as a digital subscription. Individual schedules vary according to the information members provide during intake.

“The service is intended for adults who want a structured schedule rather than a guaranteed outcome,” said Vladimir Shmondenko, founder of Anatoly Fit. “What is new in this program is the placement of intake-based training sessions, recovery days, meal-planning education, and progress tracking within one weekly format. Members can record their progress and adjust the workload as their needs change.”

Program Framework and Limitations

The program includes aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening work, the activity categories addressed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention describes weight management as involving eating patterns, regular physical activity, sleep, and stress management. These public resources provide general background and do not constitute validation or endorsement of Anatoly Fit.

Anatoly Fit does not promise a particular amount or pace of weight change. Results vary according to factors including starting condition, participation, food intake, sleep, health status, and individual circumstances.

Nutrition materials provide general wellness education and are not individualized clinical care or medical nutrition therapy. Before beginning a new exercise or calorie-restriction program, prospective members should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
