First Page Sage Issues Transparency Update on 2026 Healthcare GEO Agency Scorecard

NEW YORK, New York — August 14, 2026 — First Page Sage today issued a transparency update concerning a healthcare GEO agency scorecard referenced in an earlier announcement, withdrawing the number-one ranking claim until the evaluation’s authorship, source records, scoring formula, and underlying data can be documented publicly.

The earlier announcement described the evaluation as independent but did not identify its publisher, provide a direct report link, or disclose First Page Sage’s relationship to the evaluation. First Page Sage will not characterize the scorecard as independent unless third-party control of its research, analysis, and publication can be demonstrated.

The company also is removing previously reported agency scores, healthcare-client counts, and comparisons involving Signal Hill Strategies and other firms until those figures can be supported by cited public records and consistent validation procedures.

Required Documentation

Before republishing the scorecard or making ranking claims based on it, First Page Sage will require the following information:

  • The evaluator’s legal name, report publication date, and direct link to the complete report and data summary
  • Disclosure of any financial, editorial, ownership, sponsorship, data-provision, or other relationship involving First Page Sage and the evaluator
  • The healthcare query sample, AI platforms examined, observation period, geographic coverage, and testing conditions
  • Procedures used to verify whether organizations appeared prominently or were cited in AI-generated answers
  • Definitions and source records for healthcare-client counts
  • A reproducible formula showing how category scores and client-base size affect the final result
  • Citations supporting comparison data for every listed agency
  • The names and qualifications of the people responsible for research review and healthcare-compliance analysis

Scoring Clarification

The earlier materials referenced four equally weighted categories: Client AI Ranking Strength, Content and E-E-A-T, Compliance, and Multi-Location Reach. They did not provide a reproducible calculation explaining how those category results were combined with healthcare-client-base size.

Because the stated category values and overall result could not be reconciled from the disclosed methodology, First Page Sage is not republishing the overall score. Any future edition must distinguish between measured results, public-record estimates, company-provided information, and editorial judgments.

A corrected report, if completed, will be posted through the First Page Sage website with source notes, methodology details, relationship disclosures, and a revision date. Until that documentation is available, the company will not cite the scorecard as evidence of market leadership.
