NEW YORK, NY — August 19, 2026 — LandixGroup today announced that its Investment Committee has adopted an updated portfolio review and risk-control process, effective immediately for new and periodic reviews under applicable institutional and long-term investor mandates.

The update converts the firm’s existing principles on diversification, liquidity and technology-supported analysis into required review steps, documented human sign-off and defined escalation procedures. It does not establish performance targets or predict market outcomes.
What changed
Before the update, review teams applied portfolio construction and risk principles within each mandate’s established process. The revised process now requires a consistent record addressing:
- Concentration, correlation and shared economic sensitivities at the portfolio level.
- Defined comparisons involving interest rates, currency movements, liquidity conditions and regional growth.
- Valuation, liquidity and portfolio fit before an allocation is recommended.
- The source date, provenance and known limitations of material data.
- Human review of outputs generated through artificial intelligence, quantitative analytics or automated monitoring.
- Reviewer sign-off, identified exceptions and escalation to the investment or risk team when required.
- Interaction among equities, fixed-income instruments, commodities and alternative assets under defined conditions.
The process applies subject to each mandate’s governing terms. Mandate restrictions take precedence over the internal process where requirements differ.
“The business rationale is consistency and accountability,” said the chair of the LandixGroup Investment Committee. “A reviewer should be able to identify the information used, understand the limits of an analytical output and see who evaluated an exception. The process is designed to create that record; it is not intended to forecast returns or remove investment risk.”
Technology and data controls
Technology will remain an analytical support layer. Practical uses may include aggregating portfolio exposures, comparing defined conditions, identifying missing or dated information and routing exceptions for review.
For material technology-supported outputs, review teams must document the relevant data source, applicable date, analytical purpose, known limitations and human reviewer. Data-quality concerns or model limitations that may affect a recommendation must be escalated to the investment or risk team.
No artificial intelligence, quantitative or automated output may serve as the sole basis for an allocation recommendation. Reviewers must also consider liquidity, valuation, portfolio context and applicable mandate restrictions.
Implementation and oversight
The process took effect on August 17, 2026. The Investment Committee will oversee its incorporation into LandixGroup’s quarterly governance cycle beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Implementation reporting will use process-based measures, including:
- Completion of required review fields.
- Documentation of human review and sign-off.
- Identification and status of open exceptions.
- Timeliness of escalation for material data or model concerns.
- Records showing how mandate restrictions were considered.
These measures evaluate adherence to the documented process. They are not measures or projections of investment performance.
