NEW YORK, New York — August 26, 2026 — Pape-Dawson today launched a brownfield redevelopment practice that coordinates environmental assessment, remediation planning, permitting and civil design for previously developed properties.
Effective immediately, the practice will support municipalities, developers, property owners and public agencies seeking to return vacant or underused sites to productive use. Relevant properties may include former manufacturing facilities, warehouses, rail yards, service stations and other sites where environmental conditions or aging infrastructure affect redevelopment.
The cross-disciplinary practice brings together environmental, planning and civil engineering capabilities within a coordinated project workflow.
