The September 3 update establishes a current benchmark for the directory and adds clearer fields covering years of practice, tools used, topic specializations, supported channels and per-minute rates. The directory can be searched by topic or service type, and users may browse profiles directly rather than complete the optional matching quiz.
“The purpose of this update is to make advisor selection more transparent before a session begins. Users can compare experience fields, tools, topics, channels and the displayed rate, while retaining written readings in their accounts,” the Nebula Limited Product Team said in a statement accompanying the update.

Pricing and Account Information
Sessions use per-minute billing. Public profiles for featured advisors displayed rates from $1.00 to $4.99 per minute when reviewed on September 3, 2026. Rates vary by advisor and may change; the rate displayed in the transaction flow before a session is the applicable rate for that session.
Nebula states that it does not post a session charge before the reading begins. Billing conditions, account policies and other applicable terms are available through the Nebula website.
Past readings remain associated with the user’s account, allowing returning users to review prior written exchanges. Nebula makes no claims regarding reading outcomes.
