Program establishes recurring evaluations for siding, driveways, walkways, decks, patios, gutters and downspouts
MONTGOMERY, Indiana – 15th September 2026 – Westfall Power Washing LLC will launch a recurring exterior maintenance program October 1 for residential property owners in Fort Wayne, South Michigan and surrounding communities. Each property’s schedule will be based on its exterior materials, visible condition, seasonal exposure and requested services.
The program will shift participating properties from individually scheduled appointments to a recurring maintenance cycle. Visit frequency will vary by property rather than follow a single schedule. Before each cleaning, crews will evaluate visible buildup and select equipment, methods and pressure levels suited to the surfaces present.
