Ten years after launching, the 100% veteran-owned brand is making its largest operational investment yet to accelerate fulfillment and support continued nationwide growth.
GAINESVILLE, Ga. – 17th September 2026 – Combat Iron Apparel is marking its tenth year in business with the acquisition of its third warehouse in North Georgia, a major investment designed to expand inventory capacity, accelerate fulfillment and support the brand’s next stage of growth.

Ten Years of Combat Iron
Founded in 2016 by U.S. Army veteran Devin Hamrick, Combat Iron has grown from a small independent apparel company into a nationally recognized performance apparel and gear brand serving customers across all 50 states and international markets.
Combat Iron has built its reputation on tactical bags, performance training shorts, unapologetic graphic T-shirts and premium headwear. Its collections are created for the Tactical Athlete®-lifters, veterans, first responders and everyday athletes who train hard, work hard and expect their gear to keep up.
The company’s growth eventually outpaced the capacity of its existing fulfillment operation. That strain contributed to shipping delays over the past year and made it clear that Combat Iron needed to make a significant investment in the operation behind the brand.
Expanding Fulfillment in North Georgia
Combat Iron responded by bringing in a Chief Operating Officer, rebuilding its core fulfillment processes and strengthening its customer-service department. The company has cleared its previous order backlog and implemented new systems focused on faster processing, greater order accuracy and more dependable customer communication.
The acquisition of a third North Georgia warehouse is the next major step in that expansion.
The new facility will provide additional space for inventory, order fulfillment, apparel preparation and future product growth. It will allow Combat Iron to carry deeper inventory across its best-selling bags, shorts, graphic tees and headwear while increasing the number of orders its team can process each day.
Keeping all three facilities in North Georgia will also give the company greater control over inventory, quality assurance and the customer experience.
“Our customers were honest about where we needed to improve, and they were right,” said Devin Hamrick, founder and CEO of Combat Iron Apparel. “We outgrew the operation we had built. Buying our third warehouse gives our team the space and infrastructure to move faster, stay in stock on the products people want and provide the level of service our customers should expect from Combat Iron.”

Built for the Next Decade
The warehouse expansion comes as Combat Iron enters its second decade with a growing product line and a large direct customer community across email, SMS, social media and the Combat Iron mobile app.
While veteran ownership will always remain central to the company, Combat Iron has grown beyond the traditional veteran-apparel category. The brand now competes across performance apparel and tactical gear, combining functional products with a direct, unapologetic identity that has helped it build a loyal nationwide following.
“We are proud to be veteran-owned, but that alone does not make a great brand,” Hamrick said. “The bags have to hold up. The shorts have to perform. The apparel has to fit right, and the service has to match the quality of the product. Our goal is to build Combat Iron into one of the leading performance apparel and gear brands in the country.”
The expanded fulfillment operation is being built to support that goal by shortening processing times, improving inventory availability and creating the capacity needed for new products and continued worldwide growth.
After ten years, Combat Iron is entering its next chapter with a larger operational footprint, a stronger fulfillment department and the infrastructure required to deliver a premium experience from the moment a customer places an order through final delivery.
