Into Action Recovery Connects Men’s Residential and Outpatient Services Across Phoenix Metro

Laveen Village residential campus and men’s intensive outpatient program in Scottsdale now operate as a coordinated continuum of care

PHOENIX, Ariz. — September 16, 2026 — Into Action Recovery today announced that its residential campus in Laveen Village and men’s intensive outpatient program in Scottsdale are operating as a coordinated system for adult men transitioning between levels of addiction care.

The two locations share clinical planning and a structured treatment model. Participants may move from residential services to outpatient care while remaining with the same provider. Aftercare planning and alumni peer-support activities are also available.

Residential and Outpatient Programs

The Laveen Village campus provides residential treatment in Phoenix for men ages 18 and older. Typical stays range from 30 to 90 days, based on individual needs and clinical recommendations.

Programming may include individual counseling, group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, relapse-prevention education, 12-step activities, physical training, household responsibilities and personal development.

The Scottsdale location provides outpatient services for men returning to work, school or family responsibilities. The program generally meets three to five times per week for about three hours per session, including evening scheduling, and commonly lasts eight to 12 weeks.

“Connecting the two locations allows participants to move between levels of care with greater continuity in their clinical planning and daily structure,” said Chris Burwash, founder of Into Action Recovery.

Clinical Oversight and Services

Clinical services are overseen by Paul Flatley, DO, medical director and a board-certified addiction medicine physician, and Tara Harvell, LPC, BHP, clinical director and an Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners clinical supervisor. Individual treatment plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted according to clinical needs.

Services include alcohol rehab for men in Arizona, care addressing substance-use concerns and support for co-occurring conditions. The organization also provides residential inpatient rehab for men when that level of care is clinically appropriate.

Into Action Recovery states that its Arizona operations are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services and accredited by The Joint Commission.
