Transcure adds state-focused revenue cycle personnel and workflows for providers managing varied payer requirements.
WOODBRIDGE, New Jersey – 29th September 2026 – Transcure today announced an expansion of its New Jersey operations to support physicians, medical groups, and other healthcare organizations with medical billing services across all 21 counties.
The expansion centers on additional personnel and state-focused workflows at the company’s Woodbridge location. Transcure will provide full or selected revenue cycle functions while working with practices’ existing systems.
“New Jersey practices often manage different documentation, authorization, and claim-submission requirements across numerous payer programs,” a Transcure spokesperson said. “This expansion gives our Woodbridge operation added capacity to handle those administrative functions while practices retain control of their established workflows.”
Scope of the Expansion
The expanded operation supports:

- Prior authorization administration
- ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Charge entry and claim review
- Electronic claim submission
- Payment posting and reconciliation
- Denial review and claim resubmission
- Accounts receivable follow-up
The company will offer medical billing services in New Jersey to independent practices, medical groups, and multispecialty organizations. Practices may assign individual functions or the complete revenue cycle to the expanded team.
Transcure said the operation serves more than 40 specialties, including primary care, cardiology, orthopedics, neurology, psychiatry, nephrology, endocrinology, and pain management. The expansion covers communities including Newark, Jersey City, Paterson, Elizabeth, Edison, Woodbridge, Toms River, and Hamilton.
Implementation will begin with an assessment of each organization’s current systems, payer mix, claim volume, and assigned responsibilities. The company said this approach is intended to limit disruption when transferring billing functions.
