FitBudd Announces Tiered Pricing Model to Expand Access for Small Gyms and Solo Trainers

SAN FRANCISCO, United States – 25th June 2026 – FitBudd announced a new tiered pricing model intended to align software costs with the business stage of independent coaches and small gym operators, providing access to professional tools including automated workflows, branded app options, and integrated payment processing.

FitBudd developed the pricing model in response to feedback from small gyms and solo trainers who reported that enterprise-oriented platforms placed core features behind price points intended for multi-location operators. The revised structure emphasizes predictable scaling and explicit per-client overage charges so that operators can enable key functionality without an abrupt leap in monthly cost as client rosters grow.

The company’s Starter plan is priced at $15 per month for coaches managing up to two clients. For client counts that exceed plan limits, overage billing is set at $4 per client per month on the Starter plan and $2 per client per month on the Pro and Super Pro plans, creating a clear incremental path for growth. The Pro plan is priced at $79 per month for up to 20 clients and includes custom app theming and a branded website. The Super Pro plan is priced at $149 per month and includes a fully white-labeled iOS and Android app under the coach’s own brand; a one-time setup fee of $75 applies to Super Pro for white-label app launch.

Across all plans, payment processing runs through Stripe and PayPal, with no additional platform-layer transaction fee applied by FitBudd beyond the processors’ own rates. The launch of a branded app requires standard Apple and Google developer accounts, which are paid directly to the respective app stores rather than to the platform. The pricing model was designed to make those distinctions transparent so that small operators can evaluate total cost without hidden percentage fees or unclear thresholds.

FitBudd also incorporated feature availability into the pricing model to better match functional needs at each stage. Core functionality available within the published plans includes workout and program delivery, client scheduling and booking, built-in client communication, branded presence through app theming or white-label apps, and SmartFlow automation for routine tasks that the company describes as automated workflows. The company positioned these elements so that a one-person coaching operation can access tools typically required to run a professional service without paying for capacity intended for larger facilities.

Saumya Mittal, CEO of FitBudd, said, “The pricing model aligns cost with the stages of coaching businesses and makes professional features such as automated workflows and branded app options available without forcing an early-stage operator into a higher tier before revenue supports it.”

FitBudd framed the announcement as a response to a common evaluation pattern among independent fitness professionals: advertised starting prices that do not reflect the operational cost once necessary features are activated. By focusing on plan limits, explicit per-client overage rates, and the absence of platform-layer transaction fees, the company presented the tiered pricing model as an alternative intended to reduce the need for platform migration during critical growth phases.
