LOS ANGELES, California – 28th August 2026 – GS-JJ today published updated procedures for handling customs-related delivery problems and reported quality issues involving custom neon signs.
The update forms part of the company’s aftercare service plan for products and applies specifically to eligible neon sign orders placed directly with GS-JJ. It does not announce changes for the company’s other product categories.
Policy Coverage
The published procedures address two circumstances:
- Customs delays or losses: When GS-JJ confirms that an order has been delayed or lost because of customs inspection or clearance, the customer may receive a remake at no additional product charge or a full refund for the affected order.
- Reported quality issues: When GS-JJ confirms a quality issue after delivery, the company will provide a replacement at no additional product charge.
Customers must contact GS-JJ with their order information and a description of the issue. The company will review the available order, delivery, and product records before authorizing a remake, replacement, or refund.
The procedures take effect August 28, 2026, for eligible aftercare requests opened on or after that date. They apply in locations where GS-JJ accepts and ships direct orders. Claims outside the two circumstances listed above are not included in this policy update.
