The operating record identifies pickup locations, destinations, planned stops, scheduled times, vehicle category and luggage requirements. The coordinator relays confirmed revisions to dispatch and the assigned chauffeurs so the active record reflects the latest approved itinerary.
Dispatch and Monitoring Procedures
Luxury Rides LLC states that its dispatch operation remains available around the clock for active reservations. Flight monitoring is conducted using the arrival information recorded for the reservation before the scheduled airport pickup. Traffic conditions are also reviewed before scheduled pickups, with confirmed timing or location changes entered into the operating record.
Vehicle category and luggage requirements are reviewed before assignment. Available categories include luxury sedans, SUVs, limousines and executive vans, subject to the requirements and availability associated with each request.
Route and Airport Scope
City-to-city requests are evaluated using the complete origin, destination and planned stops submitted during quotation. Service availability is determined from the specific addresses provided rather than from a newly established route list.
For airport transportation, the reservation record identifies the terminal pickup location, scheduled arrival information, destination and assigned vehicle category. The procedure applies to reservations involving commercial terminals and private-aircraft facilities handled through the Columbus operation.
