Lumin PDF Launches Unified Browser Workflow for PDF Assembly, Editing and Signing

SAN FRANCISCO, California – 8th September 2026 – Lumin PDF Corporation today launched a product update that consolidates PDF assembly, page organization, editing, annotation, electronic signing and file management within its existing browser-based workspace.

Available today through the Lumin PDF platform, the update enables users to upload documents, reorder or remove individual pages, combine PDFs and continue working with the completed file without transferring it to another application.

“Customers often need to keep working after assembling a document, whether that means reviewing content, requesting approval or collecting signatures,” said Max Ferguson, founder and CEO of Lumin PDF Corporation. “What is new is the connection of those steps in one browser workflow, with the resulting document remaining in the same workspace.”

What the Update Adds

The unified workflow brings together capabilities that previously represented separate stages of document work:

  • Drag-and-drop document uploads
  • Page-level reordering and removal before assembly
  • In-browser editing and annotation
  • Electronic signature routing and approval collection
  • Cloud storage, sharing and collaborative review

The update is designed for processes such as assembling agreements with appendices, connecting invoices to supporting records and consolidating project or application documents. Teams can maintain one working file throughout review and approval.

  • Launch status: Product update available beginning September 7, 2026

Current browser, device and upload requirements are maintained in the Lumin Help Center. Organizations can review Lumin’s published security information, privacy terms and service documentation when assessing access controls, retention, deletion and data-processing requirements.
