APS Launches Anatoly Fit Online Workout Program

Platform schedules adjustable training and recovery sessions for home, gym and travel settings

NEW YORK, NY — September 16, 2026 — APS today launched Anatoly Fit, an online workout program available through AnatolyFit.com that creates weekly training and recovery schedules based on each user’s fitness level, goals, available equipment and preferred workout setting. Designed for people who train at home, in gyms or while traveling, the platform combines scheduled sessions, adjustable exercises, movement guidance and activity records in one system.

During onboarding, users identify their current fitness level, training goals, preferred setting and available equipment. Anatoly Fit uses those selections to assign a starting level and schedule sessions for the week. Each session has a defined training focus, while users can adjust its difficulty or exercise selection to match their circumstances.

“Anatoly Fit is structured to give users a scheduled plan while allowing them to adjust individual sessions around their equipment and setting,” APS said in a company statement. “The platform also keeps movement guidance and activity records in one place.”

Equipment and Session Options

The program supports several equipment configurations:

  • Bodyweight movements
  • Mats, dumbbells and resistance bands
  • Filled backpacks and sandbags
  • Barbells and exercise machines

Users may change an exercise or difficulty level within an individual session without changing its scheduled training focus. This approach allows the same weekly plan to accommodate changes in location or equipment access.

The current release is available through the Anatoly Fit website as of September 15, 2026. APS has not announced pricing information.

Recorded Instruction

Recorded movement demonstrations accompany exercises involving multiple steps or coordinated actions. Users can pause and replay sections as needed. Written descriptions and notes on the website provide additional guidance for completing scheduled movements.

Activity Records

Anatoly Fit records completed sessions and user-entered information, including repetitions and resistance. Users can review these records over time to see their documented training history and previously completed sessions.

The platform’s current functions include:

  • Weekly workout and recovery scheduling
  • Exercise and difficulty adjustments within sessions
  • Options for multiple equipment configurations
  • Recorded movement demonstrations
  • Written exercise guidance
  • Session, repetition and resistance tracking

APS has not released beta-testing results, comparative performance findings or outcome data for Anatoly Fit.
