Development will connect questionnaire design, response analysis and practical guidance within one survey workflow
HÖÖR, Sweden — September 28, 2026 — SurveyLegend today announced a phased 2027 rollout of AI-assisted tools for drafting questionnaires, analyzing responses and identifying potential next steps from survey data provided by users.
The first phase, scheduled for 2027, will focus on questionnaire drafting and refinement. Later phases will add response-pattern analysis, thematic summaries and guidance tied to the user’s stated survey objectives. Release timing for each capability will be announced as development milestones are reached.
Planned Capabilities
SurveyLegend is developing tools designed to support key stages of the survey process:
- Drafting questions based on a user-defined topic, audience and objective
- Refining wording to improve clarity and reduce ambiguity
- Detecting recurring themes and response patterns
- Summarizing findings in relation to stated survey goals
- Highlighting potential concerns, opportunities and areas requiring attention
- Suggesting possible next steps based on collected responses
The capabilities will operate within SurveyLegend’s existing workflow for creating, designing, distributing and analyzing online surveys across devices. They are intended to complement established reporting measures, including charts, average scores and weighted averages.
“Charts, average scores and weighted averages all have their place, but the person collecting the data often still has questions,” said Jasko Mahmutović, founder of SurveyLegend. “Our aim is to help users examine what their responses may indicate and consider informed next steps while keeping their own survey data and objectives at the center of the process.”
The planned workflow is aimed at organizations and individuals that do not have dedicated analysts or extensive data systems. Potential applications include evaluating customer feedback, examining student responses and comparing organizational findings with defined goals.
The new capabilities remain in development and are not yet generally available. SurveyLegend will provide information about access, supported languages and individual release dates as each phase approaches completion.
