DialerBee adds automatic inbound and outbound blending and CRM connectors to its multilingual AI contact center platform

DialerBee changelog: what's new in the multilingual AI contact center platform

DialerBee, the multilingual AI contact center platform built by BroadNet Technologies, released automatic inbound and outbound blending, connectors for eight CRM systems, skills-based routing, voicemail drop and calls through its API in October 2026.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, November 2026 — DialerBee, the multilingual AI contact center platform built by BroadNet Technologies, has released automatic blending of inbound and outbound work: agents move between inbound queues and outbound campaigns as traffic changes, across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, email and chat. The October 2026 release also adds connectors for eight CRM systems, skills-based routing, voicemail drop on answering machines, Telegram in the shared inbox and outbound calls placed through the REST API. Every item is listed as live today on the DialerBee changelog.

For teams that answer inbound queues and run outbound campaigns at the same time, blending lets the same agents cover both as the balance of traffic shifts, while each company’s administrator decides how far it goes.

How blending works

  • Three settings. Each company’s administrator chooses Off, Manual or Auto. Blending is available on the platform and switched on by each company’s admin.
  • Workload per agent. The admin sets each agent’s workload.
  • Control per queue. Blending can be allowed or blocked queue by queue.
  • Emergency stop. The admin can stop blending at once.

Also new in October 2026

  • CRM connectors. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics connect with the customer’s own CRM app credentials; Odoo and Freshworks connect with the customer’s own API key. The full list is on the integrations page.
  • Skills-based routing. Each inbound call goes to the agent with the right skills, enabled per queue.
  • Voicemail drop. When a call reaches an answering machine, a recorded message is left automatically, enabled per campaign.
  • Telegram in the inbox. A company connects its own Telegram bot, and those conversations join the same inbox as calls and messages.
  • Calls through the API. Calls can be placed through the REST API with scoped API keys, an IP allow-list, rate and spend limits, and the same compliance checks as the console.
  • Insights Command Center. Six headline numbers compared with the previous period, Outbound, Inbound and Risks tabs, and a drill-down from every number into its calls, with CSV export.
  • AI agent templates and a test simulator. Eight industry templates in 9 of the 11 supported languages; teams build an agent from their own documents and calls, test it in a simulator, then listen live and take over a call when needed.
  • AI voice agent quality upgrade. The agent confirms what it heard instead of asking again, answers every question before it ends the call, books only once the booking is saved, and says times naturally in Arabic.

The same month brought inbound email and web chat into the inbox, built-in ticketing, workforce management with shifts, time-off, schedule adherence and forecasting, AI scoring of every call, automatic carrier failover, and a public status page.

The platform these features join

DialerBee runs inbound queues with an IVR builder of 40 node types, outbound campaigns in four dialing modes (preview, progressive, power and predictive), an omnichannel inbox for voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email, the Layla AI voice agent, and live agent assist with transcription. The interface, answering-machine detection and transcription cover 11 languages: English, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Portuguese and Indonesian. The AI voice agent has run on live calls in Arabic and English.

Compliance-supporting controls (DNC checks, consent with revoke, calling hours per jurisdiction and time zone, and a frequency rule) are applied at the dial, with jurisdiction packs for UAE TDRA, KSA CST, Jordan TRC and Bahrain TRA. DialerBee does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance.

Availability and pricing

The new features are live on DialerBee now. Pricing is per agent: Starter at $69 per agent per month for up to 20 agents, Professional at $129 per agent per month for up to 100 agents, and a custom Enterprise plan. Annual billing saves 20%. There is no per-minute platform fee; carrier minutes are billed by the customer’s own carrier.
