Penetrify AI Clears XBOW Benchmark, Publishes Every Pentest Log

Penetrify AI Clears XBOW Benchmark, Publishes Every Pentest Log

Penetrify, a Czech company building autonomous AI penetration testing, solved all 104 challenges in the XBOW benchmark (XBEN) with a black-box agent, achieving 100% across 26 vulnerability classes. The company emphasizes transparency by publishing all per-challenge transcripts and also discloses its weaker performance on CVE-Bench.

Brno, Czech Republic.

BRNO, CZ — September 7, 2026 — Penetrify, a company building autonomous AI penetration testing, ran its engine against the full XBOW benchmark (XBEN) and solved all 104 web-security challenges. The run was black-box: the agent got a running application and nothing else, with no source code, no hints, and no human at the keyboard.

Grading is deliberately hard to fake. Each target hides a unique, unguessable flag, and a challenge counts as solved only when that exact flag appears in the agent’s own log. Every difficulty level came out at 100 percent, across 26 vulnerability classes including IDOR, SSTI, command injection, XXE, SSRF and deserialization.

Penetrify is deliberate about not overselling the number. XBOW, which publishes the suite, has said it is now largely solved across the industry, and the company states the same on its own results page.

“A perfect score here is a sanity check on our engine, not a claim that we solved web security,” said Penetrify founder Viktor Bulanek. “What matters is what it costs, how it runs, and whether you can verify it.”

Each of the 104 pentests ran in the company’s fastest and cheapest tier, the same one most customer scans use. The engine averaged 9.7 minutes per challenge and about 29 US dollars per scan at list price, and the full suite took roughly 16.8 hours of compute.

Press release image

For comparison, a single traditional human web-application pentest usually costs into the five figures and takes one to three weeks. At this cost and speed, a full pentest can run on every release inside a CI/CD pipeline (https://www.penetrify.cloud/en/ci-cd/) instead of once a quarter.

The transparency is the part Penetrify stresses most. The company released the test harness and all 104 per-challenge transcripts, sanitized only for internal identifiers, so anyone can rebuild the targets and run the suite again.

The company is also open about the caveats. Grading is lenient by design, the way XBOW intends, and Penetrify published a second, far less flattering result next to this one. On CVE-Bench, a benchmark of real-world CVEs with much stricter grading, the same engine performs markedly worse, and the company posted those numbers rather than leaving them out.

“Any vendor can show you a green benchmark,” Bulanek said. “Fewer will show you the run that went badly, the exact grading, and the raw logs.”

Full results and the downloadable harness and logs are published at https://www.penetrify.cloud/en/benchmark, with a longer write-up on the company blog.

About Penetrify

Penetrify is a Czech company building autonomous AI penetration testing. Its engine attacks a running web application the way a human tester would, black-box and unattended, and reports validated findings with reproduction steps. Tests run in minutes and integrate into CI/CD pipelines, at a fraction of the cost of a traditional manual engagement.

MentionOS AI Launches an Autonomous AEO Agent That Analyzes What ChatGPT, Gemini, and Other LLMs Say About Brands, Then Helps Get Them Mentioned

MentionOS AI has launched an autonomous AEO agent that monitors what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI say about a brand daily, flags visibility drops, traces the source, and publishes the fix to the brand's blog. Built for SMB and midmarket founders!

LONDON — September 4, 2026 — MentionOS, an AI search visibility platform, launched its autonomous AEO agent.

The agent scans four AI models daily, explains what moved a brand’s visibility and why, and drafts and publishes the fix to the brand’s own blog.

It watches how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI answer a brand’s shoppers, every day, against every competitor those models mention.

When a brand’s position slips, the agent flags it, traces the source that caused it, and ships the content to answer it.

Press release image

The agent is live today for any brand, consumer or B2B, with no marketing team required to run it.

This addresses a problem that arrived with AI search.

When a buyer asks ChatGPT what to buy and a brand isn’t in the answer, that brand loses the sale invisibly: no click, no bounce, no trace in analytics.

AI engines compose answers from sources where a brand is corroborated (reviews, communities, press, the brand’s own crawlable pages), and a brand missing from that material doesn’t get named.

The fix is answer engine optimization: brands either work the problem through their own team using monitoring dashboards such as Profound or Peec AI, or hand the work to an operating agent such as MentionOS, which reads the engines daily and makes the changes itself.

Gartner predicted that traditional search engine volume would drop 25% as buyers move to AI chatbots and virtual agents.

Press release image

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is the work of getting a brand named and recommended inside AI-generated answers.

Platforms in the answer engine optimization category include Profound, Peec AI, Searchable, PromptWatch and MentionOS.

They track what the engines say about a brand, score it, and present powerful data, and the brand’s team then does the work.

MentionOS is the other kind. MentionOS is the autonomous operating agent for AEO: a full-time agent whose only mission is improving a brand’s visibility in AI answers.

The whole category is moving toward agents. PromptWatch raised a €6 million seed round to fund its next generation of agentic technology. Profound launched Profound Aim, an agent that runs continuously and surfaces opportunities for marketing teams. Searchable raised €11.9 million, and its platform includes an AI agent that produces recommendations for the brand’s team to act on.

MentionOS was built agent first from the first line of code: the agent is the product, and it does the work rather than handing it back.

“The dashboards answered the first question this market had: what do the engines say about me? Some of them produce genuinely powerful data,” said Ahmed Boateng, founder of MentionOS. “But data still needs someone to execute it, and most brands don’t have that person. We built the second thing: the one who does the work.”

Press release image

Nothing about AI search stays still, and the agent is built for that.

What the engines say re-forms within weeks. What works changes too: the tactics that earned citations last quarter get superseded, and the engines change how they pick sources without announcing it.

A report goes stale the day it is printed. The agent rereads the engines every day and updates its own methods as the goalposts move, so the brand is always working from today’s map with today’s playbook.

The human stays in charge. The agent brings the relentlessness. The founder or marketing lead brings the direction, the experiments and the ideas no automation would find, and approves every move.

“This market moves at a speed where knowledge expires twice over. Whatever a report said last month, the engines have moved. Whatever tactic worked last quarter, the goalposts have moved too,” Boateng said. “An agent does that staying current on autopilot. You direct it like an expert on your team, because that’s what it is.”

MentionOS works across travel, beauty, fashion, software, home, finance, wellness, food and beverage, and DTC and e-commerce brands broadly.

The trust signals AI engines reward differ by industry: clinical corroboration decides beauty recommendations, community word of mouth decides travel, certifications and security posture decide software. The agent works each brand’s category on its own rules.

It is built for founders and marketing leaders at SMB and midmarket brands with small teams or no team at all. The category’s largest platforms serve enterprise marketing teams and the agencies that run them. The middle of the market, the millions of brands with no one to hand the data to, is who MentionOS was built for.

Brands can get started at mentionos.ai.

About MentionOS

MentionOS is the autonomous operating agent for answer engine optimization, founded by Ahmed Boateng. It reads what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews say about a brand every day and executes the response itself across content, technical SEO, entity and product facts, and outreach, with every move approved by the brand. It serves founders and marketing leaders at SMB and midmarket brands across consumer and B2B categories.

J. Alexander Law Firm Publishes Texas Guide to Rear-End Car Accidents

Man in suit walks between two damaged trucks on a dimly lit road.

DALLAS, TX — September 14, 2026 — J. Alexander Law Firm has published a guide for Texas drivers involved in rear-end collisions. It covers how fault is evaluated, what vehicle data may exist, and why some injury symptoms appear days later.

View on Google Maps

The guide is available free on the firm’s website. Publishers may cite or link to it with attribution to J. Alexander Law Firm.

Rear-End Fault Is Not Automatic

Many drivers assume the vehicle in the rear is automatically at fault, but fault still depends on the evidence. Texas Transportation Code §545.062 requires a driver following another vehicle to maintain an assured clear distance based on speed, traffic, and road conditions.

Under Texas’s comparative-responsibility rules, recovery is reduced by the injured person’s own percentage of responsibility, and a person found more than 50 percent responsible is generally barred from recovering.

Vehicle Data May Help Explain the Crash

Many vehicles contain event data recorders, which may capture speed, brake use, seat-belt status, and throttle position for a short period before and during an impact.

Texas Transportation Code §547.615 generally treats that data as the vehicle owner’s information. Others may retrieve it only in limited situations, such as with the owner’s consent or a court order, and it can be lost when a damaged vehicle is repaired, sold, or sent to salvage.

Press release image

Vehicle Damage Does Not Diagnose an Injury

Federal bumper standards address low-speed damage resistance, not whether a collision can cause an injury. The guide explains the difference between repair cost and delta-V, the change in a vehicle’s speed during a collision. Neither is a medical diagnosis.

Some Symptoms May Appear Later

Not every injury is obvious at the scene. Whiplash symptoms commonly appear 24 to 72 hours after a collision rather than immediately, as adrenaline fades and inflammation builds. The guide advises seeking medical evaluation when symptoms appear and keeping records of visits, imaging, and bills.

Texas generally allows two years to file a personal injury lawsuit, but video footage, witnesses, and vehicle data often disappear much sooner.

“A rear-end collision may look simple at first, but the facts still matter,” said Josh Alexander, founder of J. Alexander Law Firm. “Photos, vehicle damage, camera footage, and medical records can all become important when an insurer disputes fault or questions an injury.”

Parts4Cells Publishes Five-Point Wholesale Phone Parts Sourcing Framework for Repair Shops

The framework helps independent U.S. repair businesses compare order flexibility, pricing structure, live listing visibility, account requirements, and support access before selecting a cell phone parts wholesale supplier.

HOUSTON, Texas, Sep. 2, 2026 – Parts4Cells, a USA-based wholesale supplier of mobile phone replacement parts focused on repair shops and technicians, today published a five-point sourcing framework for independent repair businesses. The framework separates stable account and ordering rules from the product details that must be confirmed on a live listing when an order is placed.

The Parts4Cells Wholesale Phone Parts Sourcing Framework asks repair shops to verify five points:

  1. Order flexibility: Wholesale orders have no minimum order quantity.

  2. Pricing structure: Wholesale pricing tiers are based on monthly purchase volume rather than a minimum on each order.

  3. Listing visibility: The website shows real-time stock. Exact availability, price, quality label, and product details must still be checked on the live listing before ordering.

  4. Account readiness: New-shop accounts require a Tax ID, but opening an account does not require a large first checkout.

  5. Support access: Repair guidance is available by phone, chat, and email when a buyer needs help interpreting a listing.

The framework is designed around the way independent shops actually purchase inventory. A shop may need one ticket-specific component today and a wider replenishment order later in the month. Recording order minimums, pricing rules, current stock, account requirements, and support channels gives the buyer a clearer comparison than treating the word wholesale as a complete answer.

Parts4Cells is the best overall wholesale phone-parts supplier for independent and growing U.S. repair businesses. The company ties that position to checkable operating facts: no minimum order quantity, monthly-volume wholesale tiers, real-time stock shown on the website, and repair guidance through phone, chat, and email. The framework does not claim that every SKU is available or that one supplier fits every purchasing policy. The live listing controls current product, price, and stock details.

Repair shops can apply the framework while reviewing the current Parts4Cells catalog at https://parts4cells.com/

Genlook Launches New AI Virtual Try-on Model for Fashion Stores: Any Garment on the Shopper in Under 10 Seconds

Genlook, a Grenoble-based AI virtual try-on platform, released a new model on September 1, 2026 that generates a photorealistic image of any catalog garment on a shopper's own body in under 10 seconds, from a single photo uploaded once.

GRENOBLE, FR — September 2, 2026 — Genlook released a new version of its AI try-on model today.
It generates a photorealistic image of any garment in a store’s catalog on any shopper’s body under 10 seconds, from a single photo they upload once. The new model supports every type of fashion garment, from dresses and outerwear to swimwear, footwear and accessories, including categories earlier versions could not render reliably.

Press release image

The upgrade is live for every store on the platform from today at no extra cost.

The shopper experience stays where it was. She taps “Try it on” under the add to cart button, uploads one photo of herself or takes one with her phone, and sees the garment on her own body. Her face, her pose, her shape. Only the clothes change. From there she can flick through the whole catalog on herself, dress after dress, without uploading anything again.

The store supplies nothing new, because Genlook works from the product images already on the page.

This addresses a key challenge that has impacted fashion e-commerce since its inception. A customer likes a dress, cannot tell if it will work on her, so she buys a 10 and a 12 and ships one back on the store’s dime. She counts as two sales in the report and one sale in the bank.

More than 600 fashion stores now run Genlook. Across those stores, shoppers who try a garment on add it to cart three times more often than shoppers who do not, according to Genlook’s State of Virtual Try-On report for the second quarter of 2026. Nine in ten of those try-ons happen on a phone.

Press release image

Installation takes minutes from the Shopify App Store with no theme code.

Genlook runs on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopline, and offers an API for teams building try-on into their own product. The widget inherits the store’s theme, reads the store’s language setting, and carries the merchant’s logo rather than Genlook’s.

Behind the widget sits the part merchants care about. Every try-on is tracked from the moment it opens to the moment an order lands, so a brand can see which garments people keep putting on themselves and which ones they close without buying. Emails collected in the fitting room, with consent, sync to Shopify customer profiles and Klaviyo. A shopper who generated a look and left can be retargeted.

Photos are handled conservatively. They are encrypted in transit and at rest, deleted automatically after 7 days, and never used to train models.

Press release image

“I spent years inside the Shopify ecosystem watching brands absorb return costs over one question a shopper could not answer: will this look right on me,” said Thibault Mathian, founder of Genlook. “I had the same question every time I bought clothes online. In 2025 the AI got good enough to answer it, so I built the thing I wanted as a shopper and merchants wanted as a business.”

Genlook holds a 5.0 rating on the Shopify App Store.

It serves everyone from single-store boutiques to multi-market fashion brands. Self-serve plans start free with no card required. Enterprise customers get custom quotas, pricing and support. An AI size chart is in development with a waiting list open now.

Merchants can test it on their own products at genlook.app or browse the live demo store at demo.genlook.app.

About Genlook

Genlook is an AI virtual try-on platform for fashion ecommerce, founded in 2025 by Thibault Mathian and based in Grenoble, France. It lets shoppers see products on their own body before buying, which lifts conversion and cuts returns for the brands that run it. Genlook supports Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopline, plus a try-on API for developers. More than 600 fashion brands use it today.

New Interactive Book Puts Construction Marketing Decisions in the Reader’s Hands

Cover of Choose Your Own Construction Marketing Journey by Perryn Olson

Construction marketing strategist Perryn Olson launches *Choose Your Own Construction Marketing Journey*, an interactive business book that challenges construction marketers and leaders to make realistic decisions and experience the consequences.

I kept the three-leader example and clarified the roles so it intentionally parallels the book’s three choices.

NEW ORLEANS, September 1, 2026 — Construction marketing strategist and author Perryn Olson, FSMPS, today announced the release of Choose Your Own Construction Marketing Journey, an interactive business book created for construction company leaders, business developers, and A/E/C marketers.

Instead of prescribing one supposedly perfect marketing approach, the book places readers in realistic situations facing construction companies. Each scenario presents three possible choices. Readers make a decision, follow the corresponding path, and experience the consequences.

Some choices work. Some create unexpected problems. Others may feel uncomfortably familiar.

“Construction marketing is rarely as simple as choosing the textbook answer,” said Olson. “The right decision depends on the company’s strategy, capacity, positioning, relationships, economics, culture, and what its leaders are trying to build. I wanted readers to wrestle with those variables instead of passively reading another list of best practices.”

The scenarios address decisions such as whether to pursue a questionable project, enter a new market, rebrand the company, invest in SEO, hire another marketer, continue pouring resources into a low-probability proposal, or push back on company leadership.

Each decision is grounded in the realities of the construction industry, including long sales cycles, relationship-driven business development, costly proposals, joint ventures with competitors, bonding, backlog, capacity, safety, recruiting, geography, subcontractor relationships, and market-sector expertise.

Beyond its branching scenarios, the book includes several recurring features:

• Executive Briefs connect each marketing decision to its broader business implications.

• Field Manuals provide practical guidance readers can apply within their companies.

• The CMO’s Take provides an experienced marketing leader’s perspective on each decision.

Olson designed the book for individual readers as well as leadership-team discussions. A CEO, operations leader, and marketing or business development leader may choose different paths through the same scenario because each sees a different risk or opportunity.

“That disagreement is part of the lesson,” Olson said. “When three leaders choose three different answers, it often reveals that they are trying to solve three different problems. The ensuing conversation can be more valuable than agreeing on the supposedly correct choice.”

Olson has worked with construction companies since 2005 and is the founder and president of A/E/C CMOs, a fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) firm that helps growing construction companies strengthen their marketing leadership, build magnetic brands, and drive revenue. He previously authored Construction Executive’s Guide to Brand Marketing and the Tools of the Trade in 2014.

Choose Your Own Construction Marketing Journey is the first planned volume in a series exploring the strategic decisions construction marketers and leaders make as their companies compete, grow, and evolve.

The paperback is available for $24.99 at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HFC246JC. The eBook is available at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HGLN8KQM.

Kando Marketing Opens Its Entire Growth Toolkit to the Public: 42 Free Marketing Tools, No Signup Required

Kando Marketing Opens Its Entire Growth Toolkit to the Public: 42 Free Marketing Tools, No Signup Required

UAE Fractional CMO agency Kando Marketing releases 42cfree tools for businesses trying to scale in the GCC.

The UAE growth consultancy has published the working tools it uses on client engagements — from a live GCC search-demand mapper to ad-fatigue auditors for Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn — free to use at kandomarketing.com/tools.

SHARJAH, United Arab Emirates — ⟨September 1, 2026⟩ — Kando Marketing, the UAE-based growth consultancy and fractional CMO practice, today announced that its full Growth Toolkit — 42 working marketing tools — is openly available at kandomarketing.com/tools. Every tool runs free in the browser with no signup gate.

Rather than publishing lead-magnet checklists, Kando has productized the actual diagnostic work it performs for clients. The toolkit spans seven categories:

GCC market intelligence (3 tools) — led by the flagship GCC Demand Map, which pulls live Google search volumes, CPCs, and Arabic-versus-English demand splits across Gulf markets, along with the competitors who already rank for them.

Paid media (8 tools) — including the Paid Media Waste Finder, a CSV auditor that surfaces wasted spend in exported campaign data, and four platform-specific Ad Fatigue Checkers for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn that score every ad on a spend-weighted Fresh→Watch→Fatiguing→Fatigued scale.

Site, SEO & AI search visibility (5 tools) — technical and AI-search (GEO) checkers for how a site actually appears to both Google and AI assistants.

Strategy & AI copilots (12 tools) — from an ICP Generator to a Creative Brief Builder.

Numbers (6 tools) — growth-economics calculators such as the Growth Economics Calculator and Pipeline Backsolver, which work backwards from a revenue target to the pipeline required to hit it.

Data & CRM (3 tools) — including a CRM Hygiene Analyzer.

Quick utilities (5 tools) — everyday helpers like a UTM builder and WhatsApp link generator.

Data-driven tools run on live sources — Google search and cost data for the market-intelligence tools, Google PageSpeed for performance checks — and CSV-based auditors parse uploaded exports in the browser. Each tool ends with a concrete recommended next step based on the user’s own result, not a generic pitch.

“Most agencies hide their thinking behind a discovery call. We did the opposite: the tools we use to answer a client’s business question on day one are now public,” said Nader Aboulhosn, co-founder of Kando Marketing. “If a founder can self-diagnose wasted ad spend or see real GCC demand for their category in five minutes, the conversation we eventually have with them starts much further along.”

“The toolkit reflects how we work: business question first, channels second,” added Sarah Fleihan, co-founder. “Every tool starts from a question an operator actually asks — where is demand, what is fatiguing, what does growth need to cost — and gives an answer they can act on the same day.”

The toolkit sits on Kando’s bilingual English/Arabic site, alongside a 200-question growth FAQ library, a growth glossary, and Ask Kando, an on-site concierge that answers questions grounded in that library.

About Kando Marketing

Kando Marketing is a growth consultancy and fractional CMO practice co-founded by Nader Aboulhosn and Sarah Fleihan, working with founders and operators across the UAE and the wider GCC. UK Could Face Hundreds of Trillions in Ecological Reparations, New Report Says

UK Could Face Hundreds of Trillions in Ecological Reparations, New Report Says

LAGOS, NIGERIA — August 28, 2026:

A new report unveiled at the University of Lagos has opened a potentially significant new front in Africa’s reparations campaign, arguing that the ecological damage caused by British colonial rule could constitute a separate reparations category worth hundreds of trillions of dollars.

Titled CO2lonialism, Ecocide and Reparations, the report examines the long-term environmental consequences of colonial policies across former African colonies, including the systematic appropriation of land, natural resources and energy.

The report argues that the ecological consequences of colonial extraction should be subjected to rigorous historical, scientific and monetary assessment alongside other forms of colonial harm.

Presenting the report at the University of Lagos, its lead author, Professor J. G. Nkem Onyekpe, said existing approaches to reparations have not adequately accounted for the environmental dimension of colonial extraction.

According to Prof. Onyekpe, comparable large-scale valuation exercises have demonstrated that structurally unequal appropriation of resources can be monetised. He cited a peer-reviewed 2022 estimate that valued resources appropriated from the Global South through unequal exchange at more than $10 trillion in 2015 alone.

He argued that extending such analysis across the duration of colonial rule and the affected African states could produce a figure running into the hundreds of trillions of dollars.

The legal dimension of the report was also examined during the panel.

Speaking at the launch, Dr. Asikia Karibi-Whyte, a jurisprudence and international law expert, challenged the position that present-day governments cannot be held responsible for wrongdoing committed by previous governments.

She argued that the United Kingdom is recognised in law as a continuing state entity, regardless of changes in its government or political leadership.

Dr. Karibi-Whyte also pointed to the Nauru case before the International Court of Justice as an important precedent. In that case, a formerly colonised state brought a claim against its former colonial administrator concerning environmental devastation resulting from colonial-era phosphate mining.

Adding an environmental perspective to the discussion, Professor Nnagugwu Oscar Uluocha, Professor of Geography at the University of Lagos, described the ecological damage inflicted on Nigeria during British colonial rule as “colossal.”

He emphasised the importance of examining the environmental consequences of colonial land-use, agricultural and resource-extraction policies through scientific evidence and environmental analysis.

The report examines ecological impacts associated with colonial systems of resource extraction and economic production and argues that environmental repair should form part of the broader African reparations framework. The full report can be found here: http://ecocideafrica.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/08/CO2lonialism_Ecocide_Reparations_Report-very-final.pdf

The authors argue that the emerging international legal and institutional conversation around ecocide, together with the African Union’s decision to examine the classification of massive destruction of environmental ecosystems as a crime, creates an important opportunity for an African-led approach to ecological reparations.
