Automat-it is expanding into North America, bringing its startup-focused AWS cloud services to US founders building AI products while trying to keep infrastructure costs under control.
The AWS Premier Partner and Managed Services Provider announced its official entry into the United States after a record year in EMEA. The expansion is backed by a Strategic Collaboration Agreement with Amazon Web Services worth $1.4 billion, which is designed to drive mutual business value over the next four years.
A Startup-First Expansion Into the US
Automat-it describes its approach as “startup-first,” with services built around rapid deployment, cloud cost control, and cash-flow preservation. The company said the US launch will help startups navigate aggressive innovation and market volatility through its professional services model.
The move follows 110% year-over-year growth for Automat-it in 2025. During that period, the company helped customers reduce cloud bills by thousands of dollars a month, build production-grade agentic AI workflows, migrate infrastructure without downtime, and address other cloud modernization needs.
AWS Collaboration and AI Momentum
The North America launch is a core part of Automat-it’s new Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS. The agreement is intended to give Automat-it customers access to AWS resources and scaling expertise as the company expands its work with startups in the US.
Automat-it also enters the market with several AI-related milestones. The company became a launch partner in AWS’ new Agentic AI Services competency and was among the first partners selected for the new Anthropic reseller agreement. That gives Automat-it a stronger position with startups looking to move AI systems from experimentation into production.
Helping Startups Balance AI Growth and Cloud Spend
“US Startups face pressure to innovate rapidly and launch AI products without letting cloud costs spiral out of control,” said Ziv Kashtan, CEO of Automat-it. “This is the same challenge we have helped hundreds of fast-growth companies solve already by combining expert-led cloud consultancy with hands-on engineers that act as an extension of your core team.
“We are thrilled to formally bring our expertise in AI, DevOps and FinOps to the US market alongside AWS to deliver rapid deployment, aggressive cost optimization, and production-grade AI in the biggest startup ecosystem in the world.”
More Than 800 Startup Customers
Automat-it currently supports more than 800 startups across fintech, healthcare, gaming, ecommerce, and other verticals. Its services span implementation, compliance, cloud modernization, AI implementation, and 24/7 operational support.
The company said US founders will have access to more than 150 engineers specializing in agentic AI deployment, cash-flow positive FinOps, rapid cloud migration, cloud modernization, and AI implementation.
Automat-it is targeting more than 100 US startups within its first 12 months in North America.
Migration Growth and US Market Presence
Migration is one of Automat-it’s strongest recent growth areas. The company reported more than 450% year-over-year growth in Migrations Won ARR in 2025.
The company is entering the US market with existing ties to North America. Its portfolio already includes US-headquartered clients such as Penlink and partners with significant US operations such as Vanta, which the announcement describes as the fastest-growing cloud security company in history.
Automat-it by the Numbers
Automat-it reports more than 800 customers, a 9.8 CSAT score, seven AWS Competencies, more than 500 AWS certifications, and more than 450% year-over-year growth in Migrations Won ARR.
The company is now accepting new customer inquiries in North America for cloud modernization, cost optimization, and AI implementation. Automat-it will also be present at the AWS Summit in New York on June 17, 2026.
The US expansion gives Automat-it a larger market for its startup-first AWS services. With its $1.4 billion AWS agreement, AI competency work, Anthropic reseller access, and focus on DevOps and FinOps, the company is positioning itself as a cloud partner for startups that need to build quickly without losing control of cost or production readiness.
