Barn Caves plans include 93 detached homes with private elevators, oversized garages and community amenities
NEW YORK, United States – 9th October 2026 – Paradyme announced plans for Barn Caves, a residential development in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, designed to integrate oversized garages, separate living areas and recreation-oriented community amenities. The planned project reflects the company’s approach to developing properties around the practical requirements of residents who own boats, recreational vehicles and other large recreational equipment.
The project plan calls for 93 detached single-family residences configured as three-story, barndominium-style homes. Each planned residence includes a private elevator and an oversized garage. The development also incorporates an approximately 43,000-square-foot health and wellness component, alongside resort and community amenities. These elements bring residential space, recreational storage and shared facilities into a single development concept.
Barn Caves extends the approach behind Paradyme Storage Havasu, another part of the company’s presence in the market. According to company project figures, that development encompasses approximately 225,000 square feet across 208 units. Its large-format storage and recreational spaces are intended for owners of boats, recreational vehicles, other vehicles and recreational equipment. Barn Caves incorporates those storage considerations directly into residential design rather than treating them as a separate property use.

The residential concept places garage requirements at the beginning of the design process. Ground-level areas are intended to accommodate uses such as boat or recreational vehicle storage, vehicle collections, workshops or entertainment space, while living areas remain separate above. The approach addresses dimensions, ceiling clearance, turning areas, security, ventilation, power and convenient access as substantive elements of the property’s layout.
Garland’s connection to Lake Havasu began with childhood trips to the city. By 2020, he was examining the market as an investor and developer, with particular attention to the relationship between outdoor recreation and housing requirements. The company’s subsequent project planning has focused on how residents’ vehicles, activities and routines influence the space they need.
