Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio Launches Fifth Property: Sky Castle, Priced From €12,273 per m²

Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio, a five-hotel resort complex in Gonio on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, has added a fifth property to its lineup. Sky Castle, a 14-to-16-floor building now open for sales, offers units from 36 m² at prices starting from €12,273 per square meter.

Buyers can pay through a 60-month installment plan with a 30% down payment, or in full at the time of purchase. Hotel operations are managed by Aimbridge Hospitality under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand, which operates more than 9,300 hotels in 95 countries.

Sky Castle buyers gain access to the complex’s shared infrastructure, which spans more than 100 amenities across 27,115 m², including indoor and outdoor pools and a spa center, along with a helicopter pad specific to the Sky Castle building.

The building’s design is built around a “Luxury of Silence” concept, with interiors referencing a 12th-century legend tied to the Battle of Didgori, when Crusader forces are said to have fought alongside Georgian troops. The concept carries through to named interior spaces, including a Grand Hall, an observatory tower, and a private library.
