AUBURN, Washington — October 28, 2026 — Air Pro Solutions Heating, Cooling & Electrical announced that it has acquired a local electrical contracting company and incorporated residential electrical work into its Auburn-based operations.
The combined operation uses the Air Pro Solutions Heating, Cooling & Electrical name. The company did not disclose the acquired business’s name, the acquisition completion date or financial terms.
According to the company, the operational change brings electrical work associated with HVAC projects into its own service operations rather than coordinating that work through third-party electrical contractors. The work includes panel upgrades and dedicated circuits for equipment such as heat pumps and air handlers.
The integration places heating services, cooling services and related residential electrical work within one operation. For heat pump installations requiring changes to a home’s electrical infrastructure, the company said its team will coordinate both portions of the project.
The company’s stated service area includes Auburn, Kent, Federal Way, Renton, Maple Valley and Covington, as well as neighboring communities in South King County and Pierce County.
The announcement did not specify staffing changes, leadership responsibilities, a separate service launch date or an integration timetable.
