The company is examining creator selection, product messaging and campaign measurement across audience age groups
TBILISI, Georgia — October 28, 2026 — SocialWick announced an initiative examining generational differences in influencer trust and their implications for campaign planning. The company’s analysis focuses on creator relevance, the substance of product information and the measurement of campaign results, while distinguishing audience-level research findings from assumptions about individual consumers.

The initiative follows independently conducted research showing that 62% of Gen Z adults and 64% of millennials trust creator recommendations, compared with 31% of baby boomers. Published October 16, 2026, the nationally representative survey included 2,003 U.S. adults and was fielded September 23–24, 2026. SocialWick did not conduct the research; its analysis represents the company’s interpretation of the published findings.
SocialWick is examining these differences as context for campaign decisions rather than as a basis for assigning fixed preferences to age groups. Its analysis considers audience interests, product categories and a creator’s relevant experience alongside generational patterns. The work addresses how businesses assess potential partnerships without treating either a creator’s age or an audience’s age profile as a complete explanation of relevance.
“Generational trust figures provide context, but creator relevance, product information and measurement limitations also require attention when interpreting campaign results,” said a company spokesperson.
Creator selection is one area of the initiative. SocialWick’s analysis considers the questions potential customers ask, the information needed before a purchase and the subjects connecting a creator to that decision. Follower counts indicate potential audience scale, while previous product explanations, responses to viewer questions and category familiarity provide additional material for assessing a proposed partnership.
The company is also examining content testing that compares different levels of product detail. One proposed approach compares a concise introduction with a longer demonstration covering use, maintenance and suitability. Keeping the offer and intended audience comparable would allow a business to evaluate the presentations against the same campaign objective. These proposed tests are not findings established by the survey, and the trust figures do not establish a single effective format for every generation.
Partnership consistency forms another part of the analysis. SocialWick is considering whether creators can discuss a product credibly across several pieces of content, with each contribution addressing additional information or audience questions. The emphasis is on the substance of successive posts rather than repetition alone, including opportunities for follow-up explanations where a continuing partnership is appropriate.
Campaign evaluation is being considered in relation to the purpose of each campaign. Relevant reach may be used for awareness activity, while qualified visits, inquiries and attributed sales may be examined for purchase-focused campaigns where measurement is available. The analysis also addresses documentation of audience characteristics, content formats, campaign periods and measurement limitations when comparing results.
The initiative separates observations about campaign performance from assumptions about their causes. SocialWick’s interpretation does not attribute individual purchasing decisions to age alone, and the proposed testing approaches do not imply guaranteed campaign outcomes.
