Added dispatch capacity supports residential, commercial and municipal repairs, water heating and sewer work
NEW YORK, New York – 31st October 2026 – John’s Plumbing & Rooter has announced increased dispatch capacity for plumbing repairs, sewer work, water heater replacements and emergency diagnostics. The company-wide expansion includes its Apple Valley plumbing operations and supports both routine maintenance and infrastructure repairs.

The expansion addresses demand for assignments ranging from individual fixture repairs to main sewer line installations. It brings additional dispatch capacity to the company’s existing plumbing services rather than introducing a separate service division.
“The expansion increases dispatch capacity for residential, commercial and municipal work, including drain cleaning, sewer repairs, water heater replacements and emergency diagnostics,” said John Stepanian, founder of John’s Plumbing & Rooter.
Sewer operations are a central component of the announcement. Technicians use high-definition cameras to identify root intrusion, cracked pipe joints and underground blockages before selecting a repair method. Inspections help distinguish obstructions from structural damage that may require pipe repair or replacement.

The work includes drain cleaning and hydro jetting for grease accumulation, mineral deposits and heavy blockages. For collapsed lines or severe root damage, repair options include trenchless methods and conventional excavation. Main sewer installations, cleanout installations and spot repairs are also included.
The expanded operations also encompass water heater services for atmospheric gas tanks, electric tanks and tankless systems. Installation work includes equipment sizing, venting checks and attention to applicable code requirements. Replacement assignments are coordinated alongside repairs and diagnostic work.
Other supported assignments include leak detection, slab leak troubleshooting, pressure-reducing valve replacements, gas piping, water treatment and renovation plumbing. Across its operations, the company uses upfront pricing and credits service fees toward completed work.
