SAN FRANCISCO, California. – FitBudd announced recurring 1:1 appointment scheduling, a calendar update that lets coaches schedule a series of ongoing client sessions from a single booking.
The feature is live in the FitBudd coaching platform and is designed for coaches and clients who meet on a consistent schedule.
How Recurring Scheduling Works
When creating a 1:1 appointment, coaches can define a recurring cadence. FitBudd then adds the scheduled occurrences to the calendar without requiring each appointment to be entered separately.
The update supports:
- Weekly appointments
- Biweekly appointments
- Other recurring cadences aligned with a coaching arrangement
- Automatic placement of scheduled occurrences on the coach’s calendar
For example, a coach can create a Tuesday appointment for a client and apply a weekly recurrence rather than entering a separate booking each week.

Recurring scheduling extends FitBudd’s approach to handling routine operational workflows within the platform. Its SmartFlow automation feature supports scheduled client touchpoints, including onboarding sequences and check-ins, while the new calendar capability applies recurring rules to 1:1 appointments.
The intended benefit is to reduce repeated calendar entries. FitBudd has not published usage data quantifying time savings from the feature.
