Easy Norr Makes Written Risk Reviews and Human Signoff Mandatory for Allocation Proposals

NEW YORK, NY — August 19, 2026 — Easy Norr today implemented an updated investment-review process requiring documented exposure analysis, mandate-level controls and human approval for every new allocation proposal and scheduled portfolio review prepared on or after August 17, 2026.

The requirements apply across all asset classes included in a relevant mandate. They do not set universal allocation targets, revise governing documents or automatically alter existing holdings.

Requirements Effective August 17

Before an allocation proposal may proceed, the assigned reviewer must document:

  • Concentration by asset class, sector and geographic market
  • Exposures that may respond similarly under stressed conditions
  • Liquidity requirements, time horizon and sensitivity to financing conditions
  • Valuation assumptions and the conditions on which those assumptions depend

The process requires concentration and liquidity thresholds to be established separately for each mandate. Reviewers must record those thresholds before implementation and reassess them during scheduled portfolio reviews.

Compared with the prior process, the update makes the four-part written assessment, documented mandate thresholds, technology-use records and final human signoff standard requirements rather than discretionary analytical steps.

“This change establishes a consistent record of why an exposure is under consideration, how it relates to the rest of a portfolio and which conditions could challenge the analysis,” said a Media Relations spokesperson for Easy Norr. “The expected client impact is clearer documentation and accountability. The process does not predict results, eliminate investment risk or replace mandate-specific judgment.”

Technology Controls

Easy Norr may use artificial intelligence, automated analytics and digital portfolio tools only for defined support tasks:

  • Organizing market and portfolio information
  • Monitoring changes in concentration, exposure and liquidity indicators
  • Comparing current information with recorded portfolio assumptions
  • Flagging matters for review by an investment professional

Technology outputs cannot approve allocations, modify mandate limits or initiate transactions. A human reviewer must assess the source information, analytical relevance and consistency with the applicable objective before recording a final decision.

When these tools are used, the review file must retain the source information, review status and final human determination. The technology provisions are internal operating controls, not forecasts or third-party validation of an investment conclusion.

Scope, Services and Disclosures

Easy Norr provides market-research and portfolio-strategy analysis. The revised process applies to research and portfolio assessments prepared for professional, institutional and individual audiences, subject to the governing documents and local requirements applicable to each engagement.
