Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio, a resort complex in Gonio on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, consists of five hotel buildings — Aqua, Family Club, Riviera, Villas, and Sky Castle — operating under a single brand and shared infrastructure. The complex operates under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand, which the company reports runs more than 9,300 hotels in 95 countries.
Hotel operations across all five buildings are managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the largest independent hotel management companies globally. The arrangement separates property ownership from day-to-day hotel operations, with each building run as part of a single managed hotel operation rather than as individually operated short-term rentals.
The complex includes more than 100 shared infrastructure facilities spread across 27,115 m², among them multiple restaurants, spa and wellness areas, swimming pools, and children’s facilities, which the developer describes as the largest hotel infrastructure of its kind in Georgia. Unit prices across the complex’s five buildings range from approximately €5,464 to €12,273 per square meter.
Owners also have access to RCI, an international vacation exchange network covering 4,500 hotels in 110 countries, allowing unit owners to exchange time at their Georgian property for stays at other RCI-affiliated hotels worldwide.
